Although our home base is in Tucson, and we are fortunate to connect on occasion in person with each other and our community, we predominently operate as a remote team which allows us to grow our talent and services nationwide. As a digitally-connected culture, we emphasize an authenticity-based approach with a healthy dose of fun to ensure plenty of energy and creativity. Every team member has someone else coaching and mentoring them, offering ongoing development and positive growth support.

Since Mike Schmidt launched Anchor Wave from his college dorm room at the University of Arizona in 2003, our agency has been all about nurturing client relationships with a personalized approach for every local business we work with. We have only been able to grow and succeed because we help our clients do the same.
As we’ve grown, we have focused on building a team with a deep understanding of the challenges of running a business, allowing us to innovate solutions that meet businesses where they are and take them where they want to go. After shifting to a remote operation in 2020, we’ve been able to take our growth to the national level, both with our clients and our team. Our communication and onboarding processes have only become better as a result of this shift.
