Lilly Darling

CEO

Meet Lilly Darling, the visionary leader behind Anchor Wave’s success. As CEO, Lilly blends strategic planning, innovative thinking, and a passion for people to guide the company toward unparalleled achievements. Since joining Anchor Wave in 2012, she has grown from Project Coordinator to CEO, building a culture and team that reflect her core belief: “If you want to go far, go together.”

Lilly’s ability to cast a clear vision and rally a team around it is what sets her apart. A true culture builder, she fosters an environment of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Her passion for marketing and design drives Anchor Wave’s mission to help clients achieve their goals through innovative strategies and exceptional results.

Hailing from Wasilla, Alaska, Lilly’s journey has taken her far—both geographically and professionally. She pursued her education at the University of Arizona in Tucson and has traveled globally, leaving her mark in places like Uganda and Burundi, where she empowers refugee leaders to create sustainable micro-businesses. These experiences have shaped her as a fierce entrepreneur and a people-first leader.

When she’s not driving Anchor Wave’s success, Lilly is a devoted mom to two incredible young adults and an adventurous spirit exploring the Arizona desert with her dog, Lexi. Known for her infectious laughter, unforgettable April Fools' pranks, and deep heart-to-heart connections, Lilly balances the demands of leadership with a grounded and personal touch.

Lilly lives by the philosophy that great success isn’t achieved alone. Her ability to connect people and ideas, coupled with her entrepreneurial drive, makes her a force to be reckoned with in the digital marketing world. At Anchor Wave, she’s not just leading a company—she’s inspiring a journey where every client, team member, and project reaches for new heights.
