Jill King

Vice President

Meet the incredible Jill King—our dynamic Vice President who's been weaving her magic at Anchor Wave since the days of yore, aka 2012.

Since joining the team in 2012, Jill has grown from her early role as Office Coordinator to become Vice President, overseeing everything from financial planning and reporting to HR systems, billing, and the creation of company SOPs. Jill plays a pivotal role in shaping Anchor Wave’s trajectory, working alongside CEO Lilly to ensure the team’s vision aligns with client success and company growth.

Jill’s entrepreneurial spirit was forged in the whirlwind of running her own photography business. Wearing every hat—from creative artist to accountant and marketing guru—she gained firsthand experience in the joys and challenges of small business ownership. That journey inspired her passion for helping other entrepreneurs thrive, making her a perfect fit for Anchor Wave.

In her role as VP, Jill is the maestro conducting the symphony of operations. From managing complex data and processes to driving team vision and strategic planning, she ensures every piece of the puzzle fits perfectly. Her love for creative problem-solving and her talent for nurturing growth make her an invaluable leader in delivering quality services and unforgettable client experiences.

A Tucson native, Jill’s roots run deep in her hometown, though her adventurous spirit has taken her across the globe. When she’s not steering the ship at Anchor Wave, she’s likely practicing yoga, hiking Arizona’s scenic trails, capturing stunning photos, or getting lost in a good book. At home, her two daughters keep her inspired and on her toes, adding yet another layer to her vibrant, fulfilling life.

Jill lives by the mantra, “Nothing lasts forever,” a reminder to savor the highs, navigate the lows, and embrace every moment in between. With her unwavering dedication and passion for helping others succeed, Jill King is not just leading operations—she’s building a legacy of excellence at Anchor Wave.

When we saw almost all of our partners shift their way of doing business, we went remote. What we saw is more intention when it came to culture, communication, and planning. Things we took for granted or simply dismissed while we were in the office were crucial for performance now…
