Since joining the team in 2015, Christine has become an integral part of our success story, and now, as Chief Operations Officer, she’s elevating our processes, systems, and people to new heights.

Christine’s expertise lies in creating clarity out of complexity, ensuring that every campaign and client experience is smooth sailing. She leads with purpose, supporting a talented team of Client Success Coordinators, as well as partnering with the Head of Client Experience and the Head of Program Success to drive results. Her background in project management, data analysis, and fostering human connections makes her a natural at crafting winning strategies that set both our team and clients up for success.

Before diving into the digital world, Christine spent a decade orchestrating dream weddings as a planner—proving she’s always been a champion of big moments and meticulous execution. Her pivot to digital marketing was a seamless one, fueled by her passion for supporting people at pivotal points in their journey.

A Tucson native with a traveler’s heart, Christine has explored far and wide but always finds solace under the Arizona sun. Whether she’s hiking with friends and family or embarking on a new art project with her kids, Christine brings the same energy and creativity to her personal life as she does to her role at Anchor Wave.

Guided by her favorite mantras, “Start each day with a grateful heart” and “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are,” Christine embodies positivity and action. As COO, she’s not just leading operations—she’s building a foundation for ongoing success, ensuring Anchor Wave continues to deliver extraordinary results for every client.

When we saw almost all of our partners shift their way of doing business, we went remote. What we saw is more intention when it came to culture, communication, and planning. Things we took for granted or simply dismissed while we were in the office were crucial for performance now…
