Biggest improvements
Using the 5 Pillars of Marketing as our guiding light, we saw major improvements in this client's brand and strategic calls to action. Barnett's Towing wanted a BOLD and STRONG brand to surpass the competition. The Anchor Wave Web Design team presented modern, unique fonts and distressed background patterns to do just that! We paired these with strategic calls-to-action where customers can easily find 24/7 Emergency Support services.
Biggest challenges
Barnett's Towing supports customers at multiple service locations and we wanted to make sure users could find this info quickly and easily. The top navigation bar seemed like the perfect place, but 4+ locations is a lot for a small space! To keep things simple and streamlined, our Designer added an “AZ locations” link which can be accessed from any page. Now, we have a page focused on Barnett's many locations, and customers can find Barnett's locations with the click of a button.

Barnett's Towing was thrilled with the site's overall brand refresh. They also loved the “Fleet Page” on their MarketingHub. This strategic page presents their units and inventory detail in a simple visual for clients to know exactly what is available (and ultimately attract more sales!).
