Earning a Torch Award is no small feat. The BBB rigorously evaluates nominees based on ethical practices, customer satisfaction, and community contributions. Our CSO, John Decker, who served on the BBB board for 8 years, understands the importance of this process firsthand. It's a testament to the dedication of businesses like ours to ethical standards and customer-centricity.
While our very own John Decker served the community on the BBB board for many years, it was retiring from this volunteer position in 2023 that opened the door for Anchor Wave to be eligible and considered for this prestigious award, and we're honored to have been nominated and selected by the independent voting committee just a year later!
