Established in 1970, the Tohono O’odham Utility Authority (TOUA) provides telephone, electric, water, cellular, propane, and internet services to the Tohono O’odham Nation and surrounding areas. As the only public utilities department on the reservation, we’re committed to offering reliable, high-quality services to our customers.
Biggest improvements
Brand visibility and consistency, updated menu to include a section for timely update, and clarity of most common user needs through clear calls-to-action.
Biggest challenges
This was a large site with lots of content. Keeping track of every detail in the process was exciting and helped us focus on the most important elements to prioritize for visitors.

The process! The loved the overall design, the new look, and the MarketingHub is organized to meet their growing goals. A lot of changes occurred in the Tohono O'odham Nation during this project, and they showed their appreciation for us letting them take their time working though things and supporting them every step of the way.
