After partnering with Anchor Wave to build a new website in 2023, the Tula Wellness team wanted to leverage the new site technology to make edits and updates themselves.
Anchor Wave often makes additions and updates to websites for our clients if requested, but we also love training our clients to use their site as well. This educational approach offers transparency and empowerment for our clients.

Getting the specific training you need is as easy as asking!
Kathy shared a list of topics that she wanted to know more about, and the Tech Support team offered a choice between a live training session via video call, or recorded tutorial videos.
With Kathy's input, we recorded a series of videos that addressed her questions and demonstrated how to accomplish her goals.
When Kathy had follow-up questions a couple of weeks later, we recorded a new video that answered them.

Our team shared links to all the videos we recorded for Kathy, which remain available online for as long as she needs them.
We can also send the video files directly to clients if they wish to keep a copy on their own computer, or save backups.
