Over the last few years, we’ve all watched courier services become the quiet, essential backbone of how business gets done. And for nearly three decades, ProCourier has been the team people in the Northeast (and beyond) call when the job simply has to be handled with precision, speed, and care.
Their work touches some of the most sensitive moments in people’s lives with medical samples, organ donations, confidential legal documents, even fresh, time-critical food deliveries. When every minute matters, their clients trust them to get it right. And ProCourier shows up with the perfect blend of big-league logistics technology and small-team personal attention. Their drivers don’t just drop things off; they integrate into workflows, build relationships, and make operations feel seamless.
Biggest Improvements
When ProCourier reached out, it was through someone who already knew our work well: Andrea Obston, a seasoned marketing professional who has partnered with ProCourier for years. Andrea has recommended several clients to Anchor Wave because she’s seen firsthand how comprehensive and thoughtful our work is. ProCourier was also ready for a website that matched the level of excellence they bring to their clients.
Their old site lived on a proprietary CMS, which meant updates were nearly impossible — and forget about Google Analytics or meaningful SEO. Even though they’ve continued to grow through exceptional service and word-of-mouth, they knew the next chapter required a stronger digital foundation.
Since launching their MarketingHub, we’ve expanded their website by nearly 50%, creating targeted, strategic pages designed for both humans and search engines. These new pages finally give ProCourier room to clearly tell their story: what they do, who they serve and what makes them leaders in their industry.
We also implemented onsite SEO, created a roadmap for future growth, and trained their team so they can confidently update their content whenever they need. Now, their digital presence actually supports their momentum instead of slowing it down.
Biggest Challenges
Because our team is based in Tucson and ProCourier is in the Northeast, we couldn’t send our photographers onsite—which meant we had to get creative. Instead, we equipped their team with clear direction for capturing authentic images and trained them on how to update those visuals moving forward. Now, they have the freedom (and the confidence) to keep their site fresh, accurate, and truly reflective of who they are.
We also tackled a custom request that ended up becoming one of our favorite parts of the project: building a “Request a Quote” form that automatically calculates mileage based on pick-up and drop-off locations. It wasn’t something we had done before, and yes it took some thoughtful problem-solving. But the result has significantly eased their internal workflow, and we’re incredibly proud of how it turned out.
What We Are Raving About…
Working with ProCourier has been an absolute joy, and that experience was deeply shaped by our partnership with Andrea. Her clarity, responsiveness, and commitment to ProCourier’s success helped us build something that truly reflects who they are.
And hearing this from Andrea meant so much to our team:
“I can’t thank you enough for your guidance and patience. I am over-the-moon with the new site and am so happy I was able to get Anchor Wave good work in front of one of my oldest clients.
I will reach out to the team to get the blogs going so we have some content in the news area to attract attention to the site.
My thanks to you, Tom, and the rest of the team for your great work!”
