Katilyn Spikes joined Anchor Wave in 2025 as a Web Operations Specialist, where she helps solve website challenges and ensures client websites not only function smoothly, but also represent each brand with clarity, polish, and performance. She brings a fresh perspective and a strong commitment to learning to everything she does.

Detail-oriented and endlessly curious, Kaitlyn is known for her calm, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges—no task ever feels too big. Her passion for learning and improving processes shines through in both large projects and small optimizations, always with an eye toward making things better, smarter, and more efficient for the future.

In her role, Kaitlyn brings value to clients by treating their needs and concerns with the same care and respect she would hope to receive herself. She strives to create a positive, seamless experience for every client, believing that empathy, responsiveness, and professionalism are the foundation of great service.

Her Anchor Wave teammates describe her as positive, upbeat, supportive, and hardworking—someone who brings great energy to the team and is always willing to lend a hand. When she’s not refining websites, you might find her flexing her problem-solving skills with a good game of Sudoku, which she’s shockingly good at.

Growing up, Kaitlyn dreamed of being an artist. While she may not be using paintbrushes or sculpting clay these days, creativity plays a role in her work every single day. Even in the most routine tasks, she’s always looking for smarter, more streamlined ways to do things—believing that one small improvement today can make tomorrow even better. Guided by her personal motto, “Everything happens for a reason,” and inspired by Luke 12:6–7, Kaitlyn approaches both her work and life with purpose, confidence, and gratitude.

When we saw almost all of our partners shift their way of doing business, we went remote. What we saw is more intention when it came to culture, communication, and planning. Things we took for granted or simply dismissed while we were in the office were crucial for performance now…
