Oschmann Employee Screening Services faced a critical challenge when they began working with us in 2020. They had just parted ways with a major client that had contributed a significant portion of their business, and they needed to quickly ramp up other areas of their business to ensure continued growth and success. By 2021, the company had expanded from a single Tucson location to six locations throughout Southern Arizona, including Phoenix, Chandler, Avondale, and Sierra Vista, in addition to the original location. With this expansion, Oschmann Screening required a comprehensive marketing approach to increase brand awareness of their new locations, drive website traffic, educate audiences about their complete range of services, and enhance search performance for each location.

The Outcome:

Through our collaboration with AZC Drug Testing, our team at Anchor Wave implemented several effective marketing strategies to achieve the desired results. In 2020, the company was generating an average of 180 leads per month. Fast forward to 2022, and the company was achieving remarkable success with an average of 849 leads per month – a staggering 372% increase in lead generation!

Our digital marketing solutions included a range of strategies designed to promote the brand and increase visibility across all six locations. The key strategies we recommended and implemented included, PPC Ads, Facebook Ads and Organic Social Media Marketing, LocalReach for all 6 Locations, and Review Management.

The strategies we used to achieve their goals

In the first year of our partnership with AZCDT, their Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ads generated an average of 153 leads per month. However, we didn’t stop there. Through continuous optimization and refinement of their PPC campaigns, we were able to achieve even better results for the company. In the last year, Oschmann’s PPC campaigns generated an average of 329 leads per month, an impressive 115% increase in lead generation!

The success of AZCDT’s PPC campaigns can be attributed to several factors. First, we conducted thorough research and analysis to identify the most relevant and effective keywords to target in their PPC ads. We also created compelling ad copy and designed eye-catching ad visuals to capture the attention of their target audience.

Moreover, we implemented a strategic bidding strategy that ensured AZCDT’s PPC ads were displayed to the right audience at the right time, which led to a higher click-through rate and ultimately, more leads.

For a business like AZCDT with multiple locations, having a strong local presence is essential to attract new customers and generate leads. That’s where LocalReach comes in, which focuses on optimizing a business’s online presence to improve its visibility and relevance in local search results for all 6 locations.

The results of our Local SEO efforts were impressive. AZCDT’s Phoenix location saw a significant increase in leads, from 181 in January 2022 to 352 in January 2023. Their Google Business Profile (GBP) views for this location more than doubled, rising from 4,019 in January 2022 to 8,181 in January 2023.

Oschmann’s Chandler location saw even greater success, with a dramatic increase in leads from 61 in January 2022 to 258 in January 2023. Their GBP views for this location also increased significantly, rising from 790 in January 2022 to 6,591 in January 2023!

The success of Oschmann’s Local SEO can be attributed to several factors. We optimized each location page with accurate and up-to-date information, including address, phone number, and hours of operation. We also ensured that each location page had unique and relevant content, including reviews and testimonials from satisfied customers. This resulted in increased visibility, traffic, and ultimately, leads for AZCDT.

We implemented targeted Facebook Ads campaigns to reach new audiences and retarget previous website visitors. These campaigns helped to raise awareness of AZCDT’s brand and services, drive more traffic to their website, and ultimately generate more leads.

Building trust was a top priority, and the MarketingHub helped us accomplish this by showcasing authentic local photography and valuable content. By featuring real photos of each location and highlighting the unique offerings and benefits of each service, we were able to build trust with potential customers and differentiate AZC Drug Testing from competitors.

The MarketingHub also included an email magnet, clear calls to action, and a “why us” page to encourage website visitors to engage with AZC Drug Testing and learn more about their services. These elements helped to drive more leads and conversions, making the MarketingHub an essential tool for the success of AZC Drug Testing’s digital marketing efforts.
