Lakefield faced a significant challenge in implementing strategies across their numerous locations that would be efficient and effective. Their primary objective was to improve the local visibility of their different locations and ensure accurate business information (NAP data) across the web. They also needed help addressing negative or missing reviews for several locations, which were negatively impacting their local search rankings. Lakefield was committed to the success and growth of each veterinary location, but not every location required the same strategies.

As a strategic partner, we provided Lakefield with customized solutions tailored to the specific needs of a multi-location company. Our agency utilized various digital marketing techniques, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and review management, to improve their online presence and help them reach a broader audience.

To address Lakefield’s primary objective of improving the local visibility of their different locations, we focused on optimizing and managing their Google Business Profiles and improving their websites to boost search rankings across locations and increase site traffic. We worked closely with Lakefield, offering ongoing support and continuously refining our strategies to adapt to their ever-evolving business needs.

Additionally, we recognized that several of Lakefield’s locations were struggling with negative or missing reviews, which were adversely affecting their local search rankings. To address this issue, we launched ReviewLead reputation management to drive up the total number of reviews, increase average star ratings, and intercept negative client feedback. This initiative successfully helped Lakefield to generate more positive customer reviews, leading to improved local search rankings and greater online visibility.

The strategies we used to achieve their goals

A key strategy for Lakefield was improving the reputation of their practices through online review management. When people are seeking veterinary care, they want the best care possible for their pets. Lakefield’s Vets had that experience and care that all fur-babies deserve, but their reviews were not reflective of that care. That is why reputation management remains a cornerstone of Lakefield’s marketing strategy with Anchor Wave. 

As an example of ReviewLead’s success, Animal Emergency Clinic NE experienced a significant improvement in their online reputation. With our help, they increased their total number of reviews by 401, a substantial improvement from their previous 80 reviews. This resulted in an impressive average star rating of 4.0, a significant increase from their previous rating of 2.8 stars. This improvement in their online reputation helped Animal Emergency Clinic NE to improve their local search rankings, leading to increased visibility and new customers.

 

As a strategic partner, one of our primary goals for Lakefield was to increase the visibility and reach of their individual veterinary locations through Local SEO tactics. We focused on optimizing their Google Business Profiles and ensuring consistent and accurate business information across directories. The results speak for themselves, with two locations seeing monumental growth in website clicks from their Google Business Profiles and an impressive 47,000 increase in views of their business in Search.

For example, one of our clients, Emergency Clinic, saw a huge boost in their online presence through our LocalReach program. This location experienced 188 more direction requests and a staggering 47,741 more total views. Similarly, Veterinary Specialists also saw tremendous success with LocalReach, with 337 more website clicks, 236 more direction requests, and 48,549 more total views. Our Local SEO strategies have helped Lakefield’s veterinary locations to stand out in their respective markets and attract more customers seeking compassionate care for their pets.
