Role (overview of the position):
As a Web Strategist at Anchor Wave, you are the front line of business development. You play the key role in connecting clients with digital strategies that help them grow. You’ll work to understand what matters most to business owners and recommend tailored solutions in web design, digital marketing, and online reputation management that align with their goals.
This is a consultative sales role focused on relationship-building, problem-solving, and delivering value. You’ll drive new business through a combination of inbound lead conversion, outbound prospecting, and strategic networking. That includes building referral partnerships, attending local business events and networking groups, and becoming a trusted resource in the Phoenix business community.
We’re looking for a seasoned, relationship-driven sales professional with a strong track record of exceeding targets and selling high-value, solution-based services. You should be comfortable managing long sales cycles, navigating complex buying decisions, and maintaining a full and healthy pipeline.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Sales Director and in-house Sales Support team to close deals and ensure a smooth client onboarding process. Success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals—but always with integrity.
