Are you passionate about marketing and people?
Does your enthusiasm naturally show up as connection, curiosity, and the ability to bond with others around what makes people tick? Do you also find yourself constantly thinking about marketing strategy, website performance, social media messaging, and what drives real consumer behavior change?
If so, we’d love to meet you.
We’re looking for a Client Success Coordinator (CSC) who serves as the human connector between small business owners, internal teams, and marketing strategy execution.
This role is designed for someone with at least 5 years of experience working in a marketing agency environment in a client-facing role, such as account management, client success, marketing consulting, or strategy coordination. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting website strategy, digital campaigns, and social media marketing, and understands how these channels work together to drive results.
This position blends client consulting, strategic thinking, and strong marketing writing to guide clients from Point A to Point B with clarity, confidence, and measurable outcomes.
The CSC is empowered to guide strategy, make recommendations, and advocate for what will best serve each client’s goals. They stay organized and clearly articulate strategy through well-written briefs, emails, presentations, website messaging, landing page copy, and social media campaign messaging. Strategic copywriting and marketing clarity are core skills of this role.
In this role, you’ll interview clients to uncover key insights, goals, and challenges, transforming those discoveries into clear marketing strategies.
You’ll also report back on results, data, and outcomes, continuously consulting with clients to refine strategy and improve performance. Ultimately, you are accountable for ensuring clients feel clear, confident, and supported while achieving measurable marketing progress.
This is not a traditional customer service role. This position is for a marketing-minded consultant and strategic communicator who thrives in client-facing strategy, execution, and writing-driven clarity.
The ideal candidate loves marketing fundamentals like developing buyer personas, crafting compelling website and social messaging, addressing customer pain points, and overcoming common objections through thoughtful strategy and messaging.
Just as importantly, you love people. You’re energized by real conversations, comfortable hopping on phone or Zoom calls, and skilled at writing emails that feel genuine, clear, and engaging.
You’re a strategic thinker with agency experience, highly organized, collaborative, open to feedback, and eager to grow. You thrive in a team environment and take pride in helping clients succeed through meaningful connection and smart marketing strategy.
At Anchor Wave, our mission is simple: help local businesses win. How we do this is through digital marketing (Websites, On-site SEO, Social Posting, Digital Ads, Local SEO, Review Management). When local businesses thrive, communities grow stronger. That impact compounds over time, strengthening local markets and ultimately creating positive change on a national level.
Local businesses face real challenges, and that’s why we don’t operate as a typical agency. We act as digital marketing consultants and true extensions of our clients’ teams. We take the time to deeply understand their goals, challenges, and audiences, then craft marketing strategies that drive meaningful results. We care deeply about our clients’ success, and celebrating their wins is a core part of what makes the Client Success Coordinator role so rewarding.
Our agency also lives by its values of authenticity, balanced growth, positive impact, and fun. Culture here is co-created. Every team member contributes to building a workplace that is collaborative, purpose-driven, and genuinely enjoyable. We’re proud of a team that shows up, leans in, and supports one another.
While we are primarily a remote-first organization, we are intentional about fostering real human connection. We host in-person meetings and events in Tucson, and this role may occasionally require attending local events or team gatherings to support collaboration and growth. Whether online or face-to-face, communication and connection are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll find regular opportunities to engage, collaborate, and contribute authentically to a workplace that prioritizes positivity and people.
