It’s always difficult for new companies to enter into competitive fields, especially in the realm of digital marketing. That is the reality that Southern Arizona Plastic Surgery was facing, who were finding it difficult to compete with the countless other plastic surgeons around Tucson. But while the practice may be new, they are entering this space with experience and strong values!
Dr. Ho, the owner, surgeon and medical director of Southern Arizona Plastic Surgery, opened the practice because he saw a need for space where patients feel safe and welcome to discuss their cosmetic goals. A board-certified plastic surgeon since 2016, Dr. Ho wanted to create a practice built around empowering clients with education and state-of-the-art products and techniques, giving them space and time with a doctor who will truly listen to their questions and desires.
While Dr. Ho and his team were already providing incredible work, they didn’t have a website to outline their values, list their services, or connect with their patients.
Biggest Improvements
Because the practice was new, Anchor Wave created a holistic brand identity from the ground up! Our designers created a color palette that was rich and balanced, pairing Southern Arizona Plastic Surgery with luxury gold textures and symmetrical geometric shapes to achieve an approachable, innovative, and luxurious look for the brand.
With this gorgeous new branding in tow, we moved on to building a new MarketingHub from the ground up. Some of our proudest achievements revolve around the content we crafted to meet the unique needs of Southern Arizona Plastic Surgery. Dr. Ho knows the questions that are most commonly asked about his industry, and has a unique and personalized approach to speaking to his clients which prioritizes their comfort. With that information in mind, Anchor Wave created content that is inviting to new patients, familiar to existing patients, and loaded with powerful calls-to-action and expertly curated SEO keywords and phrases.
Biggest Challenges
During the creation process of the new MarketingHub, Dr. Ho was (understandably) very busy. While in the process of opening Southern Arizona Plastic Surgery and furnishing the new location, work on the MarketingHub had to take a backseat.
Additionally, Dr. Ho struggled with what he could offer in terms of a free resource. To remedy this, we came up with a consultation checklist which matched his value of empowerment through education. By offering this checklist, patients are more likely to see the quality of care and information that Dr. Ho provides, feeling empowered and comfortable to come to Southern Arizona Plastic Surgery for that consultation. On top of that, Dr. Ho now has the email of a client who is right at the beginning of the buyer cycle, giving him the opportunity to reach out periodically to move them through the buyer cycle process.
What We Are Raving About…
Since launching their website, Southern Arizona Plastic Surgery has already seen a wave of traffic coming to their brand new MarketingHub! It has been such a pleasure working with Dr. Ho, where we have created a branding guide and website which meets Southern Arizona Plastic Surgery’s attention to detail, while being chic and stunning.
