Client Success Coordinator

We’re looking for a Client Success Coordinator (CSC) who serves as the human connector between small business owners, internal teams, and marketing strategy execution. This role blends client consulting, strategic thinking, and strong marketing writing to guide clients from Point A to Point B with clarity, confidence, and measurable results.

The CSC is empowered to guide strategy, make recommendations, and advocate for what will best serve each client’s goals. They stay organized and clearly articulate strategy through well-written briefs, emails, presentations, website copy, and campaign messaging. Strategic copywriting is a core skill of this role.

In this role, you’ll interview clients to uncover key insights, goals, and challenges, transforming those discoveries into clear marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of experts to bring those strategies to life, then report back on results, data, and outcomes and continuously consult and refine the approach with your clients. You are accountable for client clarity, confidence, and results.

This is not a traditional customer service role. This position is for a marketing-minded consultant and strong communicator who thrives in client-facing strategy, execution, and writing-driven clarity.

The ideal candidate loves marketing fundamentals like developing buyer personas, crafting compelling messages, addressing pain points, and overcoming common objections. They also are confident in crafting compelling marketing messages that align with strategy and brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 20 ongoing client accounts, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables through clear, timely, and professional written and verbal communication
  • Conduct client onboarding interviews and discovery sessions, translating insights into written marketing strategies, briefs, and copy execution
  • Manage client services using proven processes, ensuring client files are organized, timelines are met, and both internal teams and clients stay aligned and on task.
  • Coordinate and oversee one-time website projects, managing internal collaboration across design, copywriting, development, and launch to ensure projects are delivered on time and to scope.
  • Present marketing assets including design, copy, and functionality to clients with a strong focus on value, clearly articulating how each element meets client goals, solves business challenges, and supports user needs.
  • Ensure clients’ digital marketing services directly contribute to measurable business growth by aligning execution with strategic objectives and performance insights.
  • Identify and present opportunities for expanding or enhancing client services to improve results, increase impact, and support long-term growth.
  • Devise and refine marketing strategies to improve outcomes, collaborating with internal teams to deliver cohesive, data-informed, and high-impact solutions.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert by collaborating with internal teams and leadership when client needs require deeper strategy, customization, or adaptation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve services or internal processes based on industry trends, new technologies, performance insights, and client feedback.
  • Lead client meetings, including onboarding interviews, website presentations, and recurring reporting or strategy sessions, clearly communicating progress, data, trends, and results.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business goals, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives, and celebrating client successes.
  • Serve as a resource to internal team members by providing service support, consulting, and client assistance.
  • Anticipate client needs, proactively address concerns, and deliver an exceptional client experience through engaging, responsive, and enthusiastic communication.

Requirements:

Must Have Experience:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including measuring campaign performance, developing buyer personas, and crafting effective marketing messages that drive engagement and action.
  • Proven experience in account management and/or project management, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders. Experience using project management software. 
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate performance, identify trends, and inform strategy.
  • Marketing Copywriting: Experience writing clear, compelling marketing copy across channels such as websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital ads. Ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences while addressing pain points, objections, and calls to action that drive engagement and conversion. Candidates may be asked to complete a short writing exercise as part of the interview process.
  • AI-Supported Copy & Strategy Tools: Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Gemini) to support strategic copy creation and marketing ideation. This includes the ability to provide meaningful and complete inputs, write effective and thoughtful prompts, and critically evaluate, curate, and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure clarity, accuracy, brand alignment, engagement, and conversion-focused results.
