Our WordPress Training
For websites that we built, your initial training will be with your Project Coordinator (PC) on the Web Design team, whom you will already know and have worked with during the MarketingHub design process. Your PC will cover “Your Site 101” and share the info you need to get started with maintaining, updating, and tweaking simple elements of your WordPress site. We start at the most basic and elementary level to ensure that everyone who takes the class fully understands the process from start to finish, and we use basic, plain language and instructions so you won’t get bogged down in “tech speak.”
Our Educational Support
Additional education and support are offered by our tech support team. Our Wave+ warranty members can receive deeper training on specific, existing features of their MarketingHub sites upon request. These training modules can be completed either via recorded video tutorials, or in-person training courses over Zoom. This might include more detailed training modules on how to add team members to their Team page or Team Engine, how to add jobs to their Careers engine or update the application form, etc. Clients can also purchase “Creative Training,” where we can teach you to build new content on your site, like pages, posts, forms, or modules using WordPress tools and plug-ins.
Our WordPress training and educational support modules can help you learn to do a lot, but we are always happy to step in and assist when needed. Sometimes, there’s simply no substitute for the years of training and experience you’ll find on our team.
